Climbing/Via ferrata

Somewhere between hiking and climbing, via ferrata allows you to traverse a rock face in complete safety. In the gorges of the Ségre, the Llo-based company Les escadilles offers two routes at different levels, beginners welcome.

To scale the Catalan Pyrenees, between land and sky, whilst experiencing a whole range of emotions, various climbing sites are at your disposal: whether outdoor or indoor walls or natural rock faces.

Location of climbing sites: La Llagonne, Latour-de-Carol, Fontpédrouse, Font-Romeu, Enveitg, Targasonne, Planès, St Pierre dels Forcats, Puyvalador and Les Angles.

Above all, technical skill is needed to fully benefit from the sense of space and new way of seeing the landscape that climbing offers.
